No. We can look at other markers such as fit of clothing, energy levels, sleep quality, mood changes, hunger levels, blood glucose levels.

No. I can advise on whether you are good candidate for it and track your progress while you are on it to ensure you lose fat mass and preserve muscle mass.

Ideally the first follow up is 2 weeks from the start of the plan. We review the plan and any goals set. We make any necessary adjustments. We then can do 2 weekly follow ups or monthly follow ups until goals are reached or you are comfortable with self monitoring.
