ABOUT US
Hi, my name is Pamala and I'm the owner of EAT FOR YOU
I graduated at the University of Natal PMB with a degree in Dietetics (BScDiet) and post graduate diploma (PGDipDIet).
Thus far my 25 years of practice spans 3 SA cities and I settled in beautiful Cape Town in 2006. I have since built up a full time practice, including work in television, radio and corporate wellness events.
I believe in moderation, balance and enjoyment in the foods you choose to nourish your body with. My passion for my profession, paired with my passion for helping guide people towards optimal health through their diets has enabled me to effectively work together with my patients and clients in reaching their goals.
I am also a mum to 2 boys with voracious and different appetites which fuels my interest in looking at family nutrition and not only the individual.

A SPRATLEY
I’ve been with Pamala since August 2017. I just want to thank her for helping me start my healthy new life and getting my high cholesterol down by only eating healthy and balanced. Thank you Pamala for always being there even if it is for a simple quick question. This journey I started was made possible with your help and excellent guidance.
A PRETORIUS

R OTTO
Things happen when you meet the right dietitian. About 2 months ago, my GP referred me to a dietitian and I am wowed. The advice and results are amazing so far. So far, I have been able to use a third less insulin than i did on the start of this journey.
A ACKERMAN
My life has changed in the most healthy and positive way since I started my journey with Pam 4 months ago. Her in-depth knowledge and unwavering guidance along with her calm attitude has transformed this experience into a lifestyle change for me, which I didn’t think possible…thank you Pam.
