Asian Fish Cakes

Delicious and Easy To Make Asian Fish Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cans Pilchards Rinse off tomato sauce
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped very finely
  • 1 Green Chilli Chopped very finely
  • ½ Punnet Coriander Chopped very finely
  • ½ Punnet Mint Chopped very finely
  • 2 Slices Brown Bread Moistened and squeezed of excess water
  • 2 Jumbo Eggs Beaten
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Combine all the ingredients and mash well.
  • Form into thick round patties, 4cm in diameter.
  • Place on greased tray and brush with oil.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 mins or grill on high until golden brown.
  • Serve with a tomato or sweet chilli sauce and side salad.
