
Asian Fish Cakes
Delicious and Easy To Make Asian Fish Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Pilchards Rinse off tomato sauce
- 1 Small Onion Chopped very finely
- 1 Green Chilli Chopped very finely
- ½ Punnet Coriander Chopped very finely
- ½ Punnet Mint Chopped very finely
- 2 Slices Brown Bread Moistened and squeezed of excess water
- 2 Jumbo Eggs Beaten
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Combine all the ingredients and mash well.
- Form into thick round patties, 4cm in diameter.
- Place on greased tray and brush with oil.
- Bake for 15 - 20 mins or grill on high until golden brown.
- Serve with a tomato or sweet chilli sauce and side salad.
